1)    Customer Service: (2)

v      Job Description:

  • - Solve any problems with customers by telephone, email
  • - Receive sales order and make them on system. Check status and print out for delivery
  • - Print out weekly call cards & chase them for weekly revenue
  • - Be well-known promotion schedule & make sure follow them strictly
  • - Send daily sales report, service level report weekly to customers & others urgent tasks
  • - Another job related to CS

  • - Background: Accounting/Logistics/Customer Service
  • - Good communication (deal with customer in ability)

2)    Accounting: (3)

a)     Receivable Accountant

v      Job Description:

  • - Chase debt base on our database
  • - Make sure to well-follow policy for each brand.
  • - Compose reminder letter & statement for customers.
  • - Make collection plan at your brands & follow it strictly
  • - Send Aging Receivable Report daily/weekly for customers
  • - Unblock Sales orders in case overdue/over credit for CS release orders.
  • - Make our customers satisfy our service & minimize bad debt
  • - Filing documents (invoices, custom declaration)
  • - Support documents for oversea payment
  • - Others assigned from supervisor

b). Payable Accountant

v      Job Description:

  • - Making purchase order into system
  • - Follow up receiving goods -> post Accounting Payable
  • - Making payment request
  • - Reconciliation payable amount
  • - Reconciliation stock between accounting book and stock count minute -> show the gap -> follow to have final solution
  • - Random check actual stock balance in Warehouse
  • - Others: Filing documents (invoices, custom declaration)
  • - Support documents for oversea payment
  • - Others assigned from supervisor

  • - Computer skill: good
  • - Other skills: good communication, hard working, patient.

c). Reporting Team:

v      Job Description:

  • - Collect daily/weekly/monthly report from other departments on time
  • - Check database between each brand /type report with software if any
  • - Create new customer code and control customer master file
  • - Make sure all reports release to our customer on time and correctly
  • - Involve to the meeting if any and explain your figure for customers.

v      Requirements:

  • English skill: Intermediate
  • - Computer skill: Fluently in using Ms Excel
  • - Other skills: analyzing, creative, decisiveness, flexibility, organizing, motivation, good communication, hard working, patient.

 

3)    Purchasing: (1)

v      Job Description:

  • - Doing market survey (check price, find the good sources with best price and best quality, etc)
  • - Filing documents
  • - Follow up contracts, orders
  • - Communicate well with suppliers to get parts on time for production and avoid shortage
  • - Control inventory to minimize excess stock.
  • - Others assigned from supervisor

  • - Good command in English both writing and speaking.

4)    Human Resources (Recruitment function): (1)

v      Job Description:

  • - Providing recruitment services and leading the process among different branches within the company, in cooperation with the Managers and Heads of Department
    • - Suggesting recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
    • Screening candidates
    • Contact with internal and external sources and other departments.
    • - Managing recruitment schedule and budget effectively, preparing and posting job ads.
    • Performing related duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager
    •        v      Requirements: 
    • Excellent communication skill
    • Advanced in English is required
    • Good at communication and problem solving
    • - He/she shall be proactive, diligent, and considerate with excellent interpersonal, presentation skills, flexibility, adaptability, common sense, patience and strong service orientation.

  • 5)    Logistics: (2)

    v      Job Description:

    Handle all kind of shipping document, BLs, manifest, D/O
    Skillful in typing and careful attend to detailed job
    Accurately and timely prepare BL, D/O
    - Make sure correct/accurate documents issue prior to releasing to customers.
    - Coordinating with accounting to handle billing to clients

    Liaise with oversea agents for both export/import shipping documentation handling

    - Well coordinate with team to build up good team work
